- Plan 1: 50/50 split, paid every Friday
- Plan 2: variable monthly, capped at 5%
- No fixed guarantee — upside follows trading
Plans 3 & 4
Fixed + yearly bonus
Predictable monthly + profit-share at year-end.
Total = (Fixed % × 12 mo) + Year-end bonus
- Plan 3: 2% × 12 + up to 30% bonus
- Plan 4: 2.5% × 12 + up to 30% bonus
